Automation Engineer

As a Junior Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing automated systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automation systems such as PLCs, sensors, actuators, and robots. You will also be tasked with monitoring system performance to identify areas for improvement and supporting the installation and commissioning of new automation equipment. Collaboration with senior engineers will be key as you work together to implement upgrades or modifications to existing automation systems. Ensuring that all automation processes meet safety and quality standards will be a priority, while also maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and maintenance activities. In this role, you will be expected to respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, and provide technical support to the production team for automation-related queries.
