We’re seeking a hands-on, multi-disciplinary engineer with deep expertise in Electronics, Microcontrollers, IT, Software, and Automation. If you can automate physical tasks traditionally done by humans, we want to hear from you. Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering — but if you can prove your practical skills, credentials are secondary.

🔧 Required Skills & Tools

• ESP32 Cam, Arduino, Raspberry Pi

• Python, AI/ML integration

• Soldering, welding, mechanical assembly

• Electrical, electronics, and structural engineering

• High-end software development and system diagnostics

🌱 Projects You’ll Help Build (Immediate Start)

• Autonomous farm bots and self-driving electric vehicles for chemical-free agriculture

• Smart safety, security, and monitoring systems

• Solar-powered automation for sowing, watering, weeding, harvesting

We prioritize tasks based on real-time farm needs. You’ll start with simpler modules (e.g., security, sowing) and scale up to full-cycle automation.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Tackle technically demanding projects with real-world impact

• Design and build robust electrical/electronic systems

• Source/build components under ₹5000 (~£50) when feasible

• Follow plug-and-play architecture for modular scalability

• Ensure products are self-healing, auditable, and capable of automated diagnostics

• Provide optimization suggestions based on deep technical understanding

• Submit daily reports and hourly progress updates
