Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Automation Engineer Electrical to join our R&D team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for electrical systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and innovation in operations.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement automation systems for electrical equipment and processes.Work on PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation tools.Perform troubleshooting, testing, and validation of automated systems.Collaborate with R&D, production, and maintenance teams to enhance system efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement advanced automation technologies.Provide technical documentation, training, and support to relevant teams.Support new product development and research initiatives within R&D.Qualifications & Skills:B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering.2-8 years of experience in automation engineering, preferably in manufacturing/R&D setups.Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and electrical control systems.Hands-on experience with automation design, programming, and maintenance.Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
