. The ideal candidate will have experience in building intelligent data solutions using machine learning techniques and automation tools such as

Power Automate

and

Selenium

(Python-based). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models for document processing, classification, and prediction tasks using Python.
• Develop and deploy OCR-based solutions using tools like Tesseract, Google Vision API, or similar.
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Automate data collection and testing processes using Selenium with Python.
• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and product teams to define use cases and deliver ML-powered solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code and ensure best practices in automation and model deployment.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or automation roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with OCR technologies (Tesseract, Azure OCR, Google Vision, or AWS Textract).
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium with Python for web automation and testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  

Good to Have

• Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Exposure to RPA frameworks or low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration of third-party AI tools.
