Role Description : -

• We are looking for a highly skilled and communicative Automation Engineer based in Hyderabad with a strong background in AI/ML, OCR projects, and Python-based automation
• The ideal candidate will have experience in building intelligent data solutions using machine learning techniques and automation tools such as Power Automate and Selenium (Python-based)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential for this role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models for document processing, classification, and prediction tasks using Python
• Develop and deploy OCR-based solutions using tools like Tesseract, Google Vision API, or similar
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
• Automate data collection and testing processes using Selenium with Python
• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and product teams to define use cases and deliver ML-powered solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code and ensure best practices in automation and model deployment
• Communicate technical concepts clearly with internal teams and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or automation roles
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Hands-on experience with OCR technologies (Tesseract, Azure OCR, Google Vision, or AWS Textract )
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
• Proficiency in Selenium with Python for web automation and testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Good to Have Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Exposure to RPA frameworks or low-code platforms
• Familiarity with APIs and integration of third-party AI tools
