Why we're hiring:
We are looking for a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of ML initiativesfrom problem definition to deployment and monitoring. You will manage entire processes independently, mentor junior team members, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of ML solutions at scale.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the
design, development, and deployment
of ML pipelines and production-ready models. - Manage the
entire ML lifecycle
: data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization. - Own MLOps workflows using tools like MLflow, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to ensure data quality, feature engineering, and robust pipelines.
- Build and scale APIs/microservices for ML model serving.
- Monitor and address
model drift, performance, and reliability
in production systems. - Explore and apply advanced AI/ML techniques (e.g., transformers, generative AI, embeddings).
What you'll need:
Required Skills:
- 3-8 years of experience in ML Engineering with
proven independent project delivery
. - Strong programming in
Python (OOPs)
and proficiency with SQL
. - Expertise with ML frameworks:
Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
. - Deep experience in
MLOps tools
: MLflow, Airflow, Docker/Kubernetes. - Strong understanding of version control (GitHub/GitLab).
- Experience with
Databricks
for data pipelines, training, and deployment. - Ability to
mentor and coach
junior engineers.
Good to Have:
- Hands-on with
NLP (transformers, embeddings, sentiment analysis)
. - Exposure to
Generative AI
(prompt engineering, RAG, Hugging Face). - Knowledge of
LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs
. - Experience deploying via REST APIs (FastAPI).
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
