Job Description

As an Automated Operations Engineer at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in leading the coordination, support, and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include engaging in 1st Level Service Monitoring and Event Management, managing Service and Resource Alarm Handling, contributing to Resource and Service Performance Monitoring, overseeing Security Event Monitoring, facilitating Incident Identification, and supporting Capacity and Performance Investigations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in 1st Level Service Monitoring and Event Management. - Manage Service and Resource Alarm Handling. - Contribute to Resource and Service Performance Monitoring. - Oversee Security Event Monitoring. - Facilitate Incident Identification. - Support Capacity and Performance Investigations. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode Of Operations. - Experience with Test Automation Management Tools and Test Execution Engine. - Strong skills in Dealing With Enquiries, MS TOP, Document Control, and Software Performance Testing. - Knowledge of Ericsson RAN Management, Ericsson VAS Management, Customer Complaint Resolution, and Client Services. - Familiarity with ITIL, Call Centers, and Ericsson Packet Core Management.
