BIM Modeler



Skills & Qualifications


  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related fields.

  • 2–3 years of experience

    as a BIM Modeler in the design/consulting/construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of

    BIM

    with hands-on experience in Revit.
  • Proficiency in

    AutoCAD

    (mandatory).
  • Understanding of AV, lighting, or MEP systems design workflows (experience in AV/lighting projects preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
