The ideal candidate will transform spaces by combining functionality with style, delivering innovative design solutions tailored to client needs and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans for interiors. Select and recommend materials, color palettes, furniture, lighting, and décor. Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using CAD and design software. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful execution. Prepare project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates. Source furnishings, materials, and finishes that meet design specifications. Conduct on-site visits to ensure project progress aligns with the design plan. Stay updated with trends in design, architecture, and sustainability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in interior design or a related role. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar. Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Knowledge of materials, furniture, and design principles. Understanding of building codes and accessibility standards is a plus.
