Job Responsibilities: Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and site-specific HSE plans Daily toolbox talks (TBT) and maintaining records as per client safety protocols Implement and prepare HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) for all activities Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for critical tasks Monitor and supervise lifting and shifting activities involving tanks and other heavy equipment Maintain all general safety records and documentation as per safety norms Handle permit requisition , including hot/cold work, height work, and confined space permits Conduct safety inductions for new staff, labourers, and subcontractors at site Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and PPE checks Coordinate with the clients safety team and prepare all necessary reports and submissions Support and monitor fuel piping and mechanical fabrication-related safety compliance Preferred candidate profile Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory) Minimum 45 years of experience in construction/industrial/Data Center projects IOSH / NEBOSH certification is an added advantage Strong understanding of lifting plans, equipment safety , and statutory site safety practices Proficient in basic MS Office (Word, Excel) for documentation Good communication skills in Hindi and English This is a full-time, site-based Role & responsibilities
