AutoCAD Draughtsman/woman

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with over 5 years of proven expertise in preparing high-quality technical drawings and plans. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and modify drawings based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD based on design specifications.
• Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from architects or engineers.
• Modify and update existing drawings to reflect design changes.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams for accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
• Maintain a structured drawing filing system.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and verification, if required.
• Assist in preparing BOQs and material take-offs.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all drafting work.
• Provide support in document control and drawing management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); knowledge of other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with local standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
