Civil/Structural Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed

  RCC structural drawings

  including plans, sections, and details for high-rise residential buildings.
• Develop accurate and comprehensive

  structural layout plans

  , working closely with structural engineers and architects.
• Interpret structural design intent from engineers and convert them into precise CAD drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and consultants to resolve design and drawing issues.
• Collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI

  in Civil Draftsmanship or related field.

• 8 to 10 years

  of experience in civil/structural drafting, specifically in

  RCC and high-rise residential projects

  .

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

  is a must; knowledge of Revit or other CAD tools is a plus.
