Job profile for Sr. Credit Analyst / Credit Analyst This is a critical role for our company. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for full process of completion of loan application as per lender policies, from initial document collection to loan application preparation and verification through to settlement by the bank. Key responsibilities of the profile will include: Credit assessment - based on the financials shared by the borrower, the Credit Analyst will assist the mortgage broker, and assess the product and lender that are more suitable for them. This needs a deep understanding of the credit policies of various banks and an understanding of credit- assessment calculations. He / She will assist our broker clients in research and developing loan strategies by comparing the policies suitable for a borrowers scenario, enter application data into loan processingsoftware, data verification, document collation / verification and client servicing. Client communication - interact with clients or lenders via email, phone calls, texts etc. to take inputs regarding their financial data, and corresponding documents, make suggestions regarding products and policies. Compliance and audit - ensure that all compliance norms are adhered to while processing the case. Qualifications and experience needed: 1. MBA (Finance) or CA is preferred. 2. Good command of both oral and written English language will be required for the profile. 3. 1-3 Years of experience of working with Australian Mortgage brokers in Mortgage Process will be preferred. 4. Accuracy and strong attention to detail, 5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 6.
