Key Responsibilities: Student Counselling:

• Guide students on choosing the right course, university, and destination based on their profile, preferences, and eligibility.
• Provide accurate and updated information on education systems, visa policies, and admission requirements of Australia.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Application & Process Handling:

• Manage the complete admission and visa process including documentation, SOP guidance, application submission, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams for timely updates.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all applications as per DIBP requirements.
• Track and maintain student data using CRM tools.

Communication & Coordination:

• Liaise with internal departments such as marketing and telecalling for lead nurturing.
• Assist in organizing seminars, university visits, and promotional events.
• Maintain updated knowledge of changing visa rules, university policies, and admission intakes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience

   in student counselling or admission processing for Australia.
• Strong understanding of the 

  complete admission and visa process

   for Australia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage student portfolios efficiently.
• Familiarity with GTE, SOP writing, and visa documentation standards.
• Graduate in any discipline ( Abroad Education/Marketing background preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling Australia applications independently.
• CRM software knowledge and ability to manage pipeline efficiently.
• Team player with a results-driven approach.
