We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Student Counsellor and Process Executive specializing in Australia education pathway. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience and should be well-versed with the end-to-end student visa process, from counselling to post-visa support. Key Responsibilities: Student Counselling: Guide students on choosing the right course, university, and destination based on their profile, preferences, and eligibility. Provide accurate and updated information on education systems, visa policies, and admission requirements of Australia. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and maintain consistent follow-up with leads and prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. Application & Process Handling: Manage the complete admission and visa process including documentation, SOP guidance, application submission, and follow-up. Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams for timely updates. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all applications as per DIBP requirements. Track and maintain student data using CRM tools. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal departments such as marketing and telecalling for lead nurturing. Assist in organizing seminars, university visits, and promotional events. Maintain updated knowledge of changing visa rules, university policies, and admission intakes. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in student counselling or admission processing for Australia. Strong understanding of the complete admission and visa process for Australia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage student portfolios efficiently. Familiarity with GTE, SOP writing, and visa documentation standards. Graduate in any discipline ( Abroad Education/Marketing background preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience in handling Australia applications independently. CRM software knowledge and ability to manage pipeline efficiently. Team player with a results-driven approach.
