Job Description

Job Title: Auditor (Retired Banker) – NBFC

Location: Sirohi, Udaipur
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Eligibility Criteria:

Retired banker from any recognized bank.
Maximum age limit: 66 years.
Strong background in banking operations, credit, audit, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audit of NBFC operations, including loan disbursements, collections, deposits, and financial records.
Review and verify branch processes, credit files, and documentation to ensure compliance with NBFC policies and RBI guidelines.
Identify operational gaps, irregularities, and risk areas; recommend corrective actions.
Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights for management.
Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal audit standards.
Guide management in strengthening internal control mechanisms and reducing fraud risks.
Monitor compliance with company schemes, financial policies, and industry best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of NBFC operations, credit management, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
