Auditor-Gold Loan

Job Description: As an Auditor for Gold Loan, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the audit conducted at branches is completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and upholds high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Valuate Gold Loans using standard methods. - Perform all necessary checks to determine the purity of the collateral. - Conduct systematic monthly checks to assess the stock of Gold at branch locations. - Verify previous audit reports for compliance and report any instances of non-compliance. - Conduct security checks during audits, ensuring the functionality of burglary alarms, CCTV cameras, and weighing balances. - Be willing to travel to other states/locations for audit purposes. - Provide training sessions on gold loan valuation to branch staff. - Handle transactions with integrity and avoid any direct or indirect conflicts of interest. - Safeguard company assets provided for your job responsibilities. - Possess proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Demonstrate a positive work ethic to meet deadlines and excel in demanding situations. - Be prepared to work extensively in the field and travel across regions at short notice. - Perform ad-hoc activities as required by the department. - Display managerial effectiveness and assist in team development. - Contribute to defining strategies and work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly business objectives. Qualifications Required: - Graduation: Bachelors in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - Post-Graduation: MBA. - Experience: 5 to 10 years in a relevant field.,
