Job Description

As an Auditor Executive (CA Firm) at Roy & Bagchi CA Firm, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external audit processes. Your duties will include reviewing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying areas for financial and operational improvement. - Perform periodic internal audits to evaluate financial controls - Review financial documents and transactions - Prepare audit reports - Assist in internal and statutory audits - Reconcile ledger balances and bank statements - Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions - Coordinate with external auditors - Ensure statutory compliance - Monitor critical business areas - Support financial reporting and internal controls enhancement To qualify for this role, you must: - Hold a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field - Have 13 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial control - Possess knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit practices - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other ERP/accounting software - Be familiar with audit tools and techniques This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in person, requiring travel throughout India.,
