Job Description

Role Overview: As an Auditor Executive (CA Firm) at Roy & Bagchi CA Firm, your main responsibility is to support internal and external audit processes. You will be tasked with reviewing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying areas for financial and operational improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Perform periodic internal audits to evaluate financial controls - Review financial documents and transactions - Prepare audit reports - Assist in internal and statutory audits - Reconcile ledger balances and bank statements - Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions - Coordinate with external auditors - Ensure statutory compliance - Monitor critical business areas - Support financial reporting and internal controls enhancement Qualification Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field - Have 13 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial control - Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit practices - Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other ERP/accounting software - Familiarity with audit tools and techniques Additional Details: This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in person, requiring travel throughout India.,
