Audit Manager

Candidate Requirement – Chartered Accountant Firm We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates to join our professional team. The ideal candidate should possess good exposure and hands-on experience in the following areas: Income Tax Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies. Handling Tax Audit compliances under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Knowledge of assessment/reassessment procedures and handling departmental notices. Audit & Assurance Statutory Audit of Companies, including Listed Companies, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Standards on Auditing (SAs). Preparation of Audit Reports, CARO, and reporting under SEBI/ICAI guidelines. Experience in internal/concurrent audits will be an added advantage. Direct & Indirect Taxation Advisory and compliance under GST Law – including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and reconciliations. Handling GST audit, assessments, and departmental replies. Sound understanding of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax advisory. Valuation & Insolvency Knowledge/experience in Valuation of Securities and Financial Assets as per the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017. Exposure to assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, including assistance in CIRP, Liquidation, and Personal Guarantor matters.
