Job Description

The Manager-Commercial (Construction) will be responsible for conducting Financial Statements audit in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS. You will lead a team of accounting and auditing experts, conduct independent Accounting and auditing research, and analyze the presentation and disclosure impact. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS, and must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant or other professional in the accounting and tax fields. Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview is preferred. You should possess strong teamwork and leadership skills, along with outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is required. Industry exposure in General Commercial, particularly in the construction sector, along with a background in reviews and compilations, is highly desirable. Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken. You should be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, learn new software efficiently, and demonstrate a positive demeanor as a team player. The role may require working long hours during busy season times.,
