Audit Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Audit & Assurance team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive public accounting experience with a strong technical background in auditing and SSARS engagements. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and project management abilities, while thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements in accordance with professional standards.
  
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in specialized industries such as:
  
• Government
  
• Single Audit
  
• Not-for-Profit
  
• Employee Benefit Plan
  
• Construction
  
• Healthcare
  
• Anticipate client needs, adapt to changing project scopes, and proactively drive engagement progress.
  
• Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues through sound professional judgment.
  
• Collaborate effectively across teams to support firm-wide objectives and initiatives.
  
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  

Qualifications:

• Chartered Certification required

  (e.g., CPA, ACA, CA, or equivalent).

• Minimum of seven (7) years

  of public accounting experience, specifically in

  Audit and SSARS engagements

  .
• Demonstrated experience working with clients in at least one of the preferred industries listed above.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  
• Strong conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while driving change and innovation.
