Job Description: Audit Manager (India-Based, UAE Client Portfolio)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Manager based in India to lead audit engagements for our UAE-based clients. The role demands knowledge of IFRS, and cross-border audit coordination. Knowledge of UAE statutory requirements will be an added advantage. You will ensure timely delivery of audit reports and maintain high standards of compliance and client service.

Key responsibilities:

Lead statutory audits for UAE-based entities in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulatory frameworks.

Coordinate remotely with UAE clients and local teams to plan, execute, and finalize audits.

Review financial statements, disclosures, and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Ensure adherence to UAE Corporate Tax Law, VAT regulations, and other statutory mandates.

Liaise with UAE-based stakeholders, including finance teams, legal advisors, and external consultants.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant or CA Inter completed.

For CA qualified candidates an experience of 3 -5 years is required.

For CA Inter completed, an experience of 6 – 10 years is required.
