Job Title: Audit Executive

Reporting to: Audit Manager/Head of Audit
Experience Required: 2–4 years in auditing, preferably in an EPC company, construction, or manufacturing sector.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Executive to join our Audit and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of internal audits, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, and identifying opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Audits:
Conduct internal audits across departments to evaluate financial, operational, and compliance processes.
Assist in the preparation of audit plans, schedules, and reports.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Process and Risk Management:
Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies for identified risks.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive audit documentation, including working papers and audit findings.
Present findings to the Audit Manager and assist in preparing final audit reports.
Coordination:
Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for audits.
Provide guidance on policy adherence and process improvements as needed.
Follow-Up:
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
