Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Article Assistant/ Paid Assistant to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate will get exposure to diverse professional assignments, including: Statutory, Internal,Tax & Stock Audits of Companies, LLPs, and Firms Accounting and Financial Reporting under Companies Act and applicable standards GST, TDS, and Income Tax Return preparation and compliance ROC filings and Company Law matters Preparation of MIS, budgets, and projections Support in advisory and consultancy projects including Due Diligence, Valuation, and Financial Restructuring Desired Skills: Good working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting principles Eagerness to learn and take up challenging assignments Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and analytical thinking Stipend: As per ICAI norms / Based on merit Joining: Immediate
