Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist

As an Audiologist at our organization, your role will involve conducting screening and diagnostic tests for patients with hearing loss and providing guidance on and selling hearing aids. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing tasks such as ear screening, pure tone audiometry, hearing aid trial and fitment, taking ear moulds, and potentially conducting Tele-audiometry tests. - Engaging with doctors and other staff members in the premises or nearby. To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Possess a BASLP and/or MASLP education. - Have a minimum of 1 year of experience or more than 300 hours of experience in pure tone audiometry, calibration, and reporting. - Good understanding of hearing devices. - Proficiency in sales pitches. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Good judgement in identifying customer needs. - Proficiency in MS Office tools. - Language proficiency in English and Hindi. This role may require you to: - Work in rotational shifts as per project requirements. - Travel for conducting camps. - Conduct hearing aid trials and fitment at the homes of older individuals. - Make appropriate decisions on the management plan of customers in coordination with department protocols.
