Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Audio Visual Presales Solution Engineer. The role involves working closely with the sales and engineering teams to design and present tailored Audio-Visual solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include evaluating client requirements, creating technical designs and proposals, collaborating on system integration strategies, and demonstrating products or prototypes. The role also requires providing technical consultation throughout the presales process, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

-Understand customer requirements and design the right AV solution.

-Prepare BOM, drawings, block diagrams, and technical proposals.

-Meet clients and act as the technical expert for all discussions.

-Support the sales team with presentations, demos, and POCs.

-Review tenders/RFPs and prepare compliance and solution documents.

-Ensure solutions are cost-effective and technically correct.

-Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams.

-Stay updated on new AV technologies and products.

-Conduct product testing, interoperability checks, and performance evaluation.

-Verify products before project deployment to avoid field issues.

-Contribute to winning projects and improving company technical capability.
