Role Overview: As an Audience Manager at Cvent's Hospitality Cloud, you will be responsible for developing and executing audience segmentation strategies to target specific account and contact segments. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing, analytics, and sales teams to ensure effective audience identification and engagement, leading to increased lead generation and revenue growth. Your expertise in 360-degree marketing, segmentation, and data strategy will be crucial to drive successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies using CRM, firmographic, behavioral, and data sources. - Partner with global product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and internal sales teams to drive engagement for specific audiences. - Build, enrich, and activate audience segments using Salesforce, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms. - Design and manage a contact strategy framework to engage high-value accounts and contacts. - Incorporate AI-driven insights into audience identification and engagement strategies. - Monitor audience coverage, utilization, and engagement and optimize targeting through A/B testing. - Ensure compliance with global privacy laws and frameworks, including audience suppression and opt-out best practices. - Present insights and recommendations to marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred. - 10-12 years of experience in audience management, CRM strategy, or data-driven marketing (B2B preferred). - Strong expertise in segmentation, targeting, personalization, and ABM. - Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms. - Skills in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau/Looker) with intermediate Excel/SQL abilities. - Understanding of privacy regulations, global compliance frameworks, and audience suppression best practices. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Details: - Preferred Qualifications include experience in B2B SaaS or events/hospitality industry, familiarity with advanced audience enrichment practices, and proven ability to integrate AI-driven insights into targeting strategies. - Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead cross-functional initiatives and champion adoption of new audience practices. - Experience working in global organizations with multi-market audience strategies is a plus.,
