Attero - Senior Python/React.js Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fullstack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable solutions for our web applications.
• Review code, provide feedback, and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and resources to meet business objectives.
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other issues that may arise.
• Stay up- to- date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other departments within the company.
  

Requirements

• B. Tech, MCA.
• 5- 8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in front- end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Strong understanding of back- end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of Python development experience
• Experience with the following Python libraries :
• FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Pandas
• 5+ years of front- end development experience with JavaScript frameworks
• 5+ years of experience with SQL
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with AWS
