Job Purpose

The Attachment Engineer is responsible for coordinating the assigned team to meet project deadlines, ensuring design releases align with project timelines, and delivering solutions that meet cost, time, and quality targets. The role supports the Chief Engineer in business and roadmap activities, collaborates with cross-functional departments on component definition and problem-solving, and manages design modifications throughout the machine lifecycle to maintain product quality in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as reference for APAC market for the Attachment Engineering
• Participate in the workshop with suppliers to identify new business opportunity
• Lead the validation of selected attachment with PV team
• Work to release the attachment inside the CNH system
• Collaborate with extended team for business evolution
  

Experience Required

• Problem solving attitude
• Robust technical experience
• Knowledge of attachment
• Knowledge of hydraulic circuits
• Desire to lead projects
• CAD user : CREO
  

Preferred Qualifications

BE in Mechanical engineering8-12 year experience in Construction Equipmnt Attachment business
