Description
As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Quantiphi, you will be responsible for providing innovative solutions that meet specific business needs. Your role will involve understanding client objectives, assessing technical feasibility, and providing recommendations to fulfill business requirements. You will identify scope and functional requirements, flag risks, and suggest ideas to mitigate them. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to teams implementing and managing solutions, set technical standards, best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural principles. Mentoring young talent within the team and tracking their growth parameters will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Incident Requests, Service Requests, and Change Requests effectively - Lead large scale releases/deployments and change management - Utilize ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy - Work with operating systems like Windows/Linux - Manage GCP/AWS/Azure Cloud services, preferably with exposure to GCP - Handle L1, L2, and L3 support of Cloud infrastructure management - Guide team members on deployments and service delivery - Implement best practices and create repeatable artifacts like deployment guides and solution blueprints - Understand and implement high availability, fault-tolerant, and disaster recovery architectures - Participate in Monthly/Quarterly Service Delivery reviews - Collaborate with DevOps team on CICD, GIT, BitBucket, and other DevOps tools - Contribute to process improvements and ensure continuous service improvement - Ensure solutions are implemented as per the Statement of Work without deviations - Share knowledge and provide support to cloud operations engineers and DevOps engineers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role - 3+ years of technical management experience in a supervisory role - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills - Willingness to work in a 24x7 model supporting global customers across time zones - Experience with ITIL processes and certification is highly desirable - Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and innovation abilities - Project management skills for planning and executing campaigns and activities If you are passionate about service delivery excellence and enjoy working with a diverse team of enthusiastic individuals, Quantiphi is the perfect place for you to grow and excel in your career.,
