Job Description

Job Role- Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Bangalore
Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the company’s US operations, driving accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic business decisions, including revenue recognition and expense management.
Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring insights into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Provide strategic guidance on FP&A best practices, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards.
Manage and mentor a team (3+ years of people management experience required), fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

Job Requirements

Experience: 8–17 years in Finance & Accounting with strong expertise in FP&A.
Technical Skills:

Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance & Trend Analysis
Financial Planning & Reporting
Financial Modelling
Revenue Recognition

Knowledge: Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and regulatory compliance.
Tools: Advanced Excel skills (experience with financial modeling and analysis tools preferred).
Education: MBA / CA / CMA
Other: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with experience working in global operations.
