Job Description

POSITION: Asst.Manager Purchase

Manage the entire procurement cycle, including sourcing and negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Vendor negotiation- Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Ability to analyze data, Comparison sheet and pricing analyses, forecast trends and make decisions
Identify and evaluate suppliers and material vendors based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers, to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and managing vendor relationships.
Stay updated on market trends, market survey specifically in the real estate sector, to source materials cost-effectively.
Prepare and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and organizational standards.
Preparation of Work Order & Purchase order as per requirement
Maintain proper Indent & delivery schedule tracking

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: - Min. 5 Years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the Construction, Engineering & Real Estate sector.
Strong knowledge of the market, including vendor relationships, market pricing, and available suppliers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
