Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage activities
  • Support the management and development of the culinary and service teams
  • Contribute to menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers, assist in negotiating contracts, and manage procurement of ingredients and supplies
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, minimizing waste, and optimizing stock control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment
  • Participate in analyzing sales and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote food and beverage offerings
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
