1. Fire Safety Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor fire safety policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
  
• Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment (fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, hydrants, suppression systems, etc.).
  
• Ensure timely testing, servicing, and maintenance of fire safety systems through internal teams or contractors.
  
• Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  

2. Safety Compliance & Audits

• Ensure compliance with local fire department regulations, NBC guidelines, and other statutory requirements.
  
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external fire safety audits.
  
• Maintain updated documentation, licenses, certificates, and statutory records.
  

3. Emergency Preparedness

• Plan and lead fire evacuation drills, mock drills, and emergency response simulations.
  
• Form and train Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Fire Wardens, and Floor Marshals.
  
• Investigate incidents/near misses and prepare reports with preventive actions.
  

4. Training & Awareness

• Conduct regular training programs for employees, security teams, housekeeping, technical teams, and other staff.
  
• Promote safety awareness through campaigns, toolbox talks, posters, and workshops.
  

5. Risk Assessment & Mitigation

• Conduct fire risk assessments and recommend improvements.
  
• Monitor high-risk areas (electrical rooms, kitchens, storage areas, etc.) and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  
• Develop corrective action plans for safety observations and hazards.
  

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with government authorities (Fire Department, Local Municipal Authorities, etc.) for inspections and approvals.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly fire & safety reports for management review.
  
• Provide recommendations to enhance overall safety standards of the facility
