Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or agricultural industries, and be well-versed in digital marketing strategies. The role involves frequent travel outside Chennai, so a two-wheeler and willingness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and field activities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and clients.
• Travel to target markets outside Chennai for campaign execution and client engagement.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in pharma or agriculture.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, etc.).
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel frequently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in rural marketing or B2B campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of Tamil and English (spoken and written). Hindi speaking knowledge is a plus.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
