Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager Sales, your primary responsibility will be to attract new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department. You will be required to research and connect with prospective clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating sales and business development reports, assisting the marketing department with promotional projects, negotiating with clients to secure deals at attractive prices, and reviewing client feedback to make necessary changes. Key Responsibilities: - Attracting new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department - Researching to find and connect with prospective clients - Maintaining relationships with existing clients - Identifying new business opportunities - Developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business - Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports - Helping the marketing department with promotional projects - Negotiating with clients to secure deals at attractive prices - Reviewing clients feedback and making necessary changes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration - Prior experience as a business development executive in the corporate gifting field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Extensive presentation skills Additional Details: The job is full-time and permanent, located in Calicut, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in corporate gifting or any other relevant field. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, provided food, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The ability to commute/relocate to Kozhikode, Kerala, is preferred. The educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and the candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
