Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the Sales Department at our company located in Dronagiri/Panvel, Navi Mumbai, your role involves a variety of responsibilities to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Accompany customers on site visits, effectively communicate property details, and provide advisory services to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions. - Understand the unique needs of each client and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements. - Maintain and update important databases, including extensions, company contacts, and address lists. - Initiate negotiations, provide guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters, ensuring transparency and fairness in all dealings. - Build and nurture a strong network of channel partners and brokers to enhance sales opportunities. - Engage in active marketing activities such as cold calling, industry events, and other promotional initiatives. - Stay informed about developments in the residential real estate sector and analyze the impact of microeconomics on the industry. - Prepare and update sales reports regularly, providing lead summaries to your reporting manager on a daily basis. - Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to monitor project progress effectively. - Participate in company events, project launches, advertisements, and exhibitions to promote sales and enhance brand visibility. - You may be required to work either at the site or in the office based on business needs. In addition to your responsibilities, the following skills are necessary for success in this role: - Proficiency in ERP systems and computer operations. - Strong team management and coordination abilities. - Advanced skills in MIS and Excel for effective data management. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. - Knowledge of the local language to facilitate communication with customers and stakeholders. As for qualifications, we are looking for candidates who are graduates with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales and real estate.
