Develop and execute marketing and sales strategy for creating leads funnel to meet the annual growth targets
Develop and drive new customer acquisition
Be able to get new RFQ for Welding products and Automation from new and existing customers
Drive Brand awareness and growth
Develop and Execute Growth and expansion strategy in different Industrial sectors and markets
Continuously monitor Industry Competition to maintain competitive edge in the market.
Manage, Review and Motivate Sales team at Different Locations across India to achieve Company Goals and Targets.

Experience

Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical Electronics / Mechatronics
Minimum of 7 -10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of Industrial welding automation and Products
Should have strong connects in relevant Industries over last 7 to 10 years minimum.
Should have been a part of Growth journey more than 150 Cr revenue
Good Communication, presentation skills
Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
Experience in Export market Development.
