-He should be able to generate cost reduction ideas using VAVE methodolgy to achieve set targets
-Should have manufacturing and process knowledge of Transmission Aggregates -Should Be a team player -Should be able to leverage IT to keep track of latest trends in technology -Knowledge of project management

-Knowledge of Value Engineering
-Transmission Know how

2-4 years in Automotive industry
