Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
• Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials) for maximum efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Maintain production documentation and generate reports on output, downtime, and efficiency.
• Attend with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the shop floor.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Support new product trials and process improvements.
• Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, rolling, welding, NDT, and assembly.
• Monitor WPS/PQR/WQT adherence and welding quality.

Preferred Skills

• Good knowledge of fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skid packages.
• Detailed understanding of fabrication drawings.
• Decent communication skills verbal and written.
• Ability to Work in Team.
• Work in MS Office (outlook Word and Excel)
