Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for all fabrication activities using project management software (e.g., Primavera).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project objectives and strategies.
  • Track and analyze project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Estimate resources, manpower, and materials required for each phase of the project.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Support the project team with daily updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Participate in site visits to monitor progress and resolve scheduling issues.
