Job Description

Role Purpose

To develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, generate MIS reports, and coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor
project schedules
using MS Project and Primavera
Identify
critical path activities
and forecast look-ahead plans
Track project progress and generate
DPRs, DLRs, and MIS reports
Verify
BOQ quantities
based on architectural drawings
Update planned vs actual costs in
SAP PS Module
Conduct
site coordination meetings
and liaise with HO teams
Plan project budgets and create budget heads for expense tracking
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Quality, and Commissioning departments
Develop
manpower histograms
,
S-curves
, and
recovery schedules
for delays
Ensure effective
client communication
and relationship management

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

B.Tech Civil or NICMAR

Experience

7 to 10 years in civil construction planning, scheduling, and monitoring

Key Skills

MS Project, Primavera, SAP PS Module
Project Scheduling & Tracking
BOQ Verification, Budgeting
MIS Reporting, Client Coordination
Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills

Competencies
