Job Description

Responsible and monitoring for TBM and mechanical equipment maintenance, refurbishment, operations.
Supervision work on a TBM mechanical workmen in mining, ring building, pipe extension, cutter head intervention works.
Supervision of cutter repair workshop.
Supervision of welding, cutting, grinding works for TBM and repair works carried out in mechanical workshop.
Maintain site records of cutter head intervention, refurbishment, repairs etc.
Review and prepare method statements for submission to client.
Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.
Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.
Coordinate with other departments, various subcontractors to ensure work runs smoothly.
Managing shift reports and other reports related to tunnel for client coresponance.
