Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Sales located in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves frequent client interactions and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Business Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of freight forwarding: products like Ocean/Sea EXIM or Air EXIM
• Ability to conduct market research and prepare reports
• Customer relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding is a must
