Asst Manager Internal ( Process) Audit

CLIENT: Largest coal logistics company transporting 60-70 million metric tons of coal annually across the country by rail, road and sea to thermal power stations, paper millss, cement plants and other industrial customers.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Internal audit of multiple sites according to the audit calendar and have to conduct a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for each observation, discuss the observations with the concerned auditee, obtain their comments and action plan with timeline, and follow up the status till its execution.

• Report on anomalies and observations in order to optimize and streamline workflow processes to identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Incumbent profile:

• Mechanical/Mining Engineer with 5 years exp in Coal Logistics/Power/Railways/Mining/Shipping cos.

• Technically sound,experienced in audit process I.e. must have basic understanding about the different processes and should have clarity regarding the audit approach that how the audit is conducted.

Annual Compensation: 12 LPA
