Asst. Manager HR (Generalist)

Role Overview

One of the Garment Company looking for an HR Generalist who can independently manage core HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment. The role involves coordination across departments, occasional field visits, and handling day-to-day HR responsibilities with maturity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations: attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, HRMS updates, and compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities.
• Support performance management cycles and documentation.
• Coordinate training programs and HR initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Profile

• 4–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Preferred: Experience in the Garment / Apparel Manufacturing sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage field coordination and dynamic workloads.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
