Job Description

The Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager – HR & Admin is responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring smooth administration of office operations, The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, and overseeing day-to-day administrative functions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 4–12 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in manufacturing / corporate setup.
  • Experience in managing both HR operations and administration functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
