Job Description

As the Assistant Manager in EHS at LNT/-E/1365281, your role involves overseeing the overall EHS organization to provide quality services and support operations in achieving benchmark performance. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring the implementation of EHS Policy & Integrated Management System at the project site. - Developing and facilitating the implementation of project-specific guidelines and procedures. - Preparing project-specific risk assessments and conducting training sessions. - Identifying, designing, and delivering site-specific training for staff, subcontractors, workmen, and visitors. - Continuously monitoring proactive and reactive EHS performance at the project site and supporting operations in taking necessary corrective and preventive actions. Additionally, you should be well versed in ISO-45001:2018 management systems and be able to establish, implement, and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedures at the project site.
