Asst. Manager- EHS

You will be responsible for overseeing the overall Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality EHS services to operations, and supporting the attainment of benchmark performance. Your primary duties will involve enforcing the implementation of the EHS Policy and Integrated Management System for EHS at the project site. You will also be tasked with developing and facilitating the implementation of project-specific guidelines and procedures. A key aspect of your role will be to prepare project-specific risk assessments and provide training to staff, subcontractors, workmen, and visitors. This will include identifying, designing, and delivering site-specific training programs tailored to the needs of various stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to continuously monitor both proactive and reactive EHS performance at the project site and collaborate with operations to implement necessary corrective and preventive actions. It is essential that you possess a strong understanding of ISO-45001:2018 management systems to effectively carry out your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to establish, implement, and sustain emergency preparedness and response procedures at the project site to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.,
